Creator Terms

Welcome to élanora — we're so glad you're considering joining our community. By signing up as an affiliate or content creator, you agree to the terms below. These ensure we can collaborate in a pleasant and fair way.

1. Admission to the program

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application. We consciously select creators who align with our mission and brand values. If we do not accept your application, you have no legal recourse against this decision.

2. Affiliate links & discount codes

Once you're accepted, you'll receive a personal affiliate link. This link is linked to your account and ensures you receive commission on orders placed through you.

You can promote through social media, your blog, newsletter, or other channels. If you've received a personal discount code, you can share it as well. Note: you won't receive double payouts if someone clicks your link and uses the discount code.

3. Commission & Payouts

You'll receive a 15% commission on the amount the customer ultimately pays at checkout . This is the total amount after any discounts, including VAT and shipping costs.

Please note: This 15% commission applies to members of the general élanora Creator Community. Separate agreements and a different compensation structure apply to the élanora Inner Circle .

Payouts are only issued for successful, completed orders. Orders that are canceled, returned, or charged back are not eligible for payouts. Please ensure you enter your payout information correctly in your account.

4. Use of content (usage rights)

All content you share with us as a creator or on social media (video, photo, text, audio) may be used by élanora without any limitations for:

  • advertisements (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.)
  • our website and landing pages
  • social media and email marketing
  • branding and brand communication

You retain the rights to your own work, of course, but you also grant élanora an unlimited, worldwide, and free right of use for commercial purposes.

5. Cookie Policy

We track sales via cookies. This means someone must click your affiliate link (or use your code) and checkout within the 30-day timeframe. If someone deletes or refuses their cookies, we unfortunately can't attribute that sale.

6. Termination of participation

Want to stop the program? No problem. Just email us at info@elanoraskin.com . We can also terminate your participation if we notice any abuse or if your content no longer aligns with the brand.
