How it started – a passion for health

élanora was born from a passion for health and pure, natural products.

As young entrepreneurs, we noticed that much of the skincare around us was filled with synthetic additives and unnecessary ingredients. Products with big promises, but rarely delivering lasting results.

We asked ourselves: could this be done differently?

 

Inspiration from Korea

We found the answer in Korean skincare. Innovative, gentle, and focused on repair and prevention. There, skincare isn’t about quick fixes, but about rituals that strengthen the skin barrier and support a natural glow.

We wanted to combine that vision with the simplicity and elegance of the West. That’s how the idea for élanora was born in Breda — a brand that brings East and West together.

 

Collagen at the core

During our research, we discovered marine collagen in a special form: hydrolyzed and low-molecular, allowing it to be optimally absorbed by the skin.

Collagen is the building block of your skin — the protein that gives firmness, elasticity, and a youthful appearance. As you age, collagen production decreases, and the skin becomes thinner and less resilient.

That’s why we chose collagen as the base of our first formula: the Bio-Collagen Mask. Not a superficial sheet mask, but a structured bio-cellulose mask that melts into the skin and delivers visible results from the very first use.

 

From skin to confidence

In the beginning, we focused mainly on visible skin improvement with effective formulas and natural ingredients. Until we received this message from a customer:
